1. Overview & Practice Gameplay

3rd Shift Blackjack is an advantage-play training simulation and casual card game developed by Kabra StuDiO. All bets and chips in the application represent virtual practice credits only. The game does not offer real-money gambling, cash payouts, or real-world prizes of any kind.

No account or registration is required to play 3rd Shift Blackjack. We do not directly collect your personal name, email address, physical address, contacts, precise GPS location, photos, camera data, or microphone audio.

2. Advertising & Third-Party Services

The free version of 3rd Shift Blackjack is supported by advertising via Google AdMob and certified mediation partners (AppLovin, Liftoff Monetize, Meta Audience Network):

• Consent Management: Where legally required (including the European Economic Area and UK), advertising consent choices are managed through the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). Players can update their consent choices at any time through the in-game Settings.
• Data Processed: Third-party advertising SDKs may process device identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID), diagnostics, and approximate network-level location to deliver, frequency-cap, and measure advertisements in accordance with Google's policies.
• Ad-Free Upgrades: Optional in-app purchases (Pro Player, VIP Coach, and Complete Edition) disable mandatory banner and interstitial advertisements.

3. In-App Purchases (Google Play Billing)

All in-app purchases, subscriptions, and one-time cosmetic unlocks are processed securely through Google Play Billing. Kabra StuDiO does not receive, process, or store payment card details or financial information. Only non-sensitive entitlement tokens verifying active purchases are retained.

4. Local Data & Cloud Storage

Gameplay statistics, strategy drills, custom rule selections, virtual chip balances, and unlocked themes are stored locally on your device. When Google Play Games is enabled, non-sensitive cloud save data and achievements may sync to your Google Play account.

5. Data Deletion Instructions

We respect your privacy and provide multiple clear methods to delete your data:

• Local Device Data: You can permanently delete all local game data, training progress, and stored settings at any time by opening Android Settings > Apps > 3rd Shift Blackjack > Storage > Clear Storage / Clear Data, or by uninstalling the application.
• Cloud & Analytics Data Deletion Requests: If you wish to request deletion of any cloud save identifiers, crash diagnostic logs, or communication records associated with your device or email, please send an email to kabrastudiodev@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Requests are verified and processed within 30 days.
